Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartment Targeted: Accused Conducted Recce Three Times, Fired Five Shots; Anmol Bishnoi Faces Charges [Watch]

Two people accused of firing at Salman Khan’s house were caught in Gujarat and brought back to Mumbai by the police. The Mumbai Police have shared the newest information about the investigation.

Salman Khan’s security got increased after a shooting outside his Mumbai residence, Galaxy Apartment, on April 14. Two men fired towards his house early in the morning, but luckily, nobody got hurt. The CCTV footage helped identify the gunmen as Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal from Bihar. They were nabbed in Gujarat’s Bhuj district and brought to Mumbai by the police for further questioning. Mumbai Police held a press conference to update the public on the case progress.

During the press conference, Joint Commissioner of Police Lakhmi Gautam disclosed that at around 4:50 am on April 14, two men on a motorcycle fired at Salman Khan’s house. The passenger fired five rounds. The case was transferred to the Crime Branch. Gautam stated the accused conducted three reconnaissance rounds before the shooting. He also mentioned a Facebook post by Anmol Bishnoi claiming responsibility for the incident.

According to ANI, a case has been filed against Anmol Bishnoi, younger brother of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. Anmol Bishnoi’s involvement seems apparent, but more investigations are underway to confirm his role.

Pictures of the suspects were circulated on social media earlier. Salman Khan hasn’t commented directly on the incident, but his brother Arbaaz Khan expressed concern, saying the family is taken aback and worried.
